OUR SHIPPING POLICY
Whipped body butter orders must be shipped priority 2day or
flat rate, due to their low melting point.
All orders will be shipped in a timely manner using priority or flat rate shipping. Shipping refunds will be issued if a cheaper rate is available.
Shipping for large items such as drums or bows from Autumn Deer's Shop will have to be shipped either through UPS or FedEx. Purchasers will have to contact one of the stores here in Taos, NM, to arrange for shipping. The item will then be dropped of for packaging and shipping.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns are not accepted, but if for any reason your order is damaged or unsatisfactory please contact me to correct the issue. Please include a picture of damaged items.
